Due to the custom and labor-based nature of instrument repair and restoration services:
- No refunds are offered once services are completed.

- Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
- If an instrument is not picked up within 60 days of completion and attempts to contact you are unsuccessful, it may be considered abandoned under Indiana state law.
