All sales are final.
Due to the custom and labor-based nature of instrument repair and restoration services:

  • No refunds are offered once services are completed.
  • Deposits or prepayments (if required) are non-refundable, unless we decline service.
  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
  • If an instrument is not picked up within 60 days of completion and attempts to contact you are unsuccessful, it may be considered abandoned under Indiana state law.

Resurrected Guitars provides professional repair and restoration services on a best-effort basis. By entrusting your instrument to us, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your instrument must be retrieved within 14 days of service completion unless alternate arrangements are confirmed.
